The RESERVATION PROCESS

Review the interactive community map to pick a lot. 

Complete the form.  A reservation agreement like the one below will be emailed to you via DocuSign for electronic signature.  Once the developer returns the countered signed reservations agreement, you will pay the $1000 non-binding refundable reservation deposit to guarantee a first right of refusal to purchase the reserved homesite once they become available for purchase.

As an additional option, the Prospective Buyer, if they so choose, will have the option to select a house plan from the Developer's pre-selected house plans.  The buyer will also be able to choose optional features, colors and materials and received an expedited Architectural Review Board approval.  The Developer will connect the prospective buyer with a builder to complete the construction process. 

Once the neighborhood construction and all government permits and approvals are obtained,  the buyer will be notified and receive all final details including the final pricing and specifications.   At the buyers option, they may enter a purchase agreement to move forward. 

If the reservation is for a homesite only.  The reservations will be converted into an earnest money deposit and the closing will be scheduled for thirty (30) days later.    

OR

If the reservation is for a complete "to be built" home, the reservation will be converted into an earnest money deposit and construction will begin.   Once the builder completes construction of the home, the new homeowner will close and move in.    

The buyer may request or the developer may provide notice of refund of the reservation deposit at any time prior to completion of the lots and the reservation deposit will be refunded by mail to address on file within five (5) business days.
