The RESERVATION PROCESS
STEP 1: LOT & HOME SELECTION
Review the Plan Brochure pick a plan and choose a lot (make sure you have some options; not all lots are available, and not all plans fit all lots).
STEP 2: SUBMIT YOUR SELECTION ONLINE
Complete the form below. We will review your selections, put together a customized package for you. We will contact you to meet and discuss the options available and your timeline.
STEP 3: HOMEPLAN SELECTION (OPTIONAL)
Based upon your selections, we put together a preconstruction offering which will include your final price, schedule for completion for your signature. Once you have a preapproval in hand (or proof of funds for cash purchases), we will collect a $5000 earnest money deposit and schedule your build.
STEP 4: COMPLETE THE PURCHASE
Once your home is complete, you will have an opportunity to schedule final inspections and complete a punch list. Once those are complete, it is time to close and take the keys to your new home.
